DELIVERY

As we strive to enhance both our boxes and services, we are currently providing options for either hand delivery or convenient click and collect within a 5-mile radius.

​

Our deliveries are scheduled for either Tuesday or Saturday mornings, with the option to choose a safe location in case you won't be at home.

​

We appreciate your understanding as we work towards perfecting our offerings for your upmost satisfaction.

 

Delivery cost are set at £3.95 and Click & Collected is free of charge.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you and your dogs are 100% happy with your purchase - but if not, we offer a returns policy within 14 days of receipt of your order.

​

Refunds for the full value of the order are only done if the product is unopened on its return - opened products cannot be returned, but in certain circumstances an exchange may be offered.

​

Return postage is paid for by the customer, except where there is evidence of a faulty or incorrect product being supplied.

Although we are usually very quick, please allow up to 14 days after sending your order back to us to allow the returns process to be completed.

Full refunds will always be given where there is evidence the product is at fault
